Concept Map
A concept map is a visual or pictorial organization and representation of concept or information on certain topic. At a glance we can get main ideas about the topic and in teaching and learning we can get the whole lesson just looking at concept mapping. Concept mapping shows the relationships between concepts. Through using concept mapping in teaching and learning, it stimulate students to think more analytically, it help students to comprehend the topic well and help students to organized their knowledge effectively.

Coggle.it is one of the concept mapping tools that helps to make senses of some complex things. Coggle.it can be used to make teaching and learning more effective, easy and fun. it has got lot of good features to present the concept in a meaningful way. it allows real time collaboration with peers and teachers which helps to co-construct the ideas together and meaningfully. we can organize our idea as we want with loops and branches, can use multiple starting point, we can upload related images, it allows changes and reversion, it will automatically save and further we can makes changes in it. There are many good features and we can always explore more.
Procedures to create Concept Maps Using Coggle.it
1. Open any web browser such as Google chrome, Mozilla Firefox or internet explorer.
2. Type coggle.it
3.Clik on sign up option
4. Sign in with your Email address
3. Click on any of the pulse(+) signs at the four corner of the topic to add branches and to link with ideas or sub-topics
4. Click on the '+' sign to further branch out or to join with other idea.
( keep clicking on '+' sign till you complete making connection)

5. Right click on '+ ' sign and you will get many options such as delate branch, add branch, change style, copy branch and comment etc...

How to use Concept mapping in teaching and learning in the classroom?
Concept mapping can be use through out the lesson delivery to teach the particular topic effectively as it is well organized creating connection throughout the lesson. It can be use to give the overview of the topic which stimulate students to think more . Even teacher can let students create concept map collaboratively based on their common interest or on certain topic such a sway to school, my everyday routine, etc... which will enhance learning.
